We modelled the Sixt logo in Cinema 4D, with a beautiful mixture of glass, metal, and neon lighting, to create a unique look — especially when rendered in close-up, which was our aim for the loops.
The logo was set on a metal surface background, for which we crafted a metallic paint texture in the colours of various countries’ flags — USA, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, France, Spain.
With Redshift as the renderer, we animated various slow-motion loops with close-up camera moves, while switching out the background flags.
With moving reflections in the metal, the feeling of motion was always present. Just as it is in the heart of Sixt.
